Required products :
250 grams of cream cheese of the type of Mascarpone or Philadelphia
2/3 teaspoon powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon peanuts (crushed)
Method of preparation :
Mix the cream cheese and peanut butter in a blender bowl, add the sugar and vanilla extract. Beat everything until smooth.
Pour the peanuts into the prepared paste and stir.
You already have an incredibly tender cream that you can serve on a slice or use to make desserts.
Store in the refrigerator for no longer than a week.
