Required products :

1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
1 cup rice flakes (or cereals)
1 cup bran
1/3 cup dried apples, chopped
2 tablespoons peanuts, chopped
1/8 teaspoon spice for pie
100 grams of white cooking chocolate (with cocoa butter), chopped
1/4 teaspoon coconut oil

* A teacup is used to measure the quantities.

Method of preparation :

Pour the peanut butter, coconut oil and honey into the pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture boils, then remove from the heat. Add the rice flakes (or grains), bran, dried apples, peanuts, pie seasoning and stir. Transfer to a small bowl, cover with a lid and cool for 30 minutes (the mixture will be a little loose and crumbly).

Wet your hands and form small candies by pressing gently with your fingers. Place the shaped candies on parchment paper to stand for about 15 minutes or until firm.

In a small saucepan, melt the white chocolate with the coconut oil over low heat, stirring often. Cool for at least 15 minutes, then garnish the candies with white chocolate and serve.
