How To Cook Pickles With Cream Cheese, Chives And Cheddar - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Salted with cream cheese, chives and cheddar". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1/2 cup butter (soft)
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 2 tea cups grated cheddar
  • 1 1/2 tea flour (white or wholemeal)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chives (dried)

Method of preparation :

Prepare all the products and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

In a bowl, mix the butter with the cream cheese and cheddar. When a homogeneous mixture is obtained, add the flour and spices. Combine the products and form small balls, which you arrange in a tray lined with paper.

With the bottom of a glass, press the saltines to crush them and make them into thin meatballs (their thickness should be about 7-8 millimeters).

Make a few holes with a fork and sprinkle with a little sea salt.

Bake them for 12-17 minutes until they start to turn golden at the edges.

Cool the pickles on a wire rack or arrange them on a clean sheet of baking paper.

Serve with different dips or eat for breakfast without adding anything.
