How To Cook Pie With Cheese, Yellow Cheese And Tomatoes - Recipe

200 grams of yellow cheese

200 grams of cheese

3 eggs

1 teaspoon flour

1 teaspoon leavening agent

1/2 teaspoon oil

2 tomatoes

salt and pepper to taste

chopped fresh parsley if desired

 

Method of preparation :

Mash the cheese, grate the yellow cheese, mix them and add the eggs, salt and pepper to taste, the oil. Mix well and gradually add the sifted flour with the leavening agent.

Cut the tomatoes into circles. They should not be too juicy, for this pie it is better to use fleshy and dense.

Grease a form with oil, put half of the dough, arrange a row of tomatoes and the rest of the dough on them. Level the surface from the middle to the edges.
