Necessary products

For the dough:

300 grams of flour
1 egg yolk
50 grams of mashed potato powder
300-350 grams of sour cream with a fat content of about 10-18%
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

For the stuffing:

2 tablespoons sour cream
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon ground red pepper a
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon oil
finely chopped parsley

 

Method of preparation :

Sift the flour, add salt, baking powder and dry mashed potatoes.

Then add the yolk and sour cream and knead the dough. It must be elastic. If it turns out liquid, add as much flour as needed so that the mixture does not stick to your hands.

 

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Then divide into two parts and roll out on a floured surface rectangles 0.5 cm thick.

Make the filling by mixing 2 tablespoons of sour cream with the oil, grated garlic cloves, red pepper and chopped parsley. Add salt.

 

Apply this combination on the base of the dough and roll into rolls, which you cut into about 7 pieces each.

 

 

Coat their surface with a little oil or olive oil and arrange the loaves in a parchment pan.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
