Necessary products

For the dough:

2.5 teaspoons flour

100 grams of butter

0.5 teaspoon fresh milk

1 egg

2 tablespoons sugar

6 grams of dry yeast

0.25 teaspoon salt

For the stuffing:

3 tablespoons cream

200 grams of yellow cheese

3 eggs

pinch of salt

parsley

Method of preparation :

Pre-knead the dough from the products specified for its manufacture. Put it in the fridge. When you decide to start with the patties, take it out and leave it at room temperature for 30 minutes. Knead briefly without adding more flour or just sprinkle lightly on the surface.

Grate the yellow cheese on a coarse grater.

Boil the eggs and cut into small cubes.

Mix the yellow cheese, eggs, cream and finely chopped parsley. Add salt and stir until a thick sticky mixture is obtained.

Tear off some of the dough, shape it into a sausage and cut into small pieces. Roll each of them - you should get a sheet about 2 mm thick and 8 cm in diameter. Make three cuts to get a fin-like shape.

Put 1 teaspoon of the filling in the middle of the dough and wrap it at the three ends.

This way you shape all the patties - you will get roses.

Arrange them in a tray lined with baking paper, grease them with egg and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.

The snacks are delicious both hot and cold.

Enjoy your meal!
