Necessary products:
1 can of canned pineapple
1 - 2 tablespoons dark rum
4 tablespoons butter
1 - 2 tablespoons sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Method of preparation:
Mix the softened butter with the sugar, rum and cinnamon. Place the sliced pineapples on paper to dry. Then arrange a layer of them in a tray or other form, pour them evenly with the resulting syrup. Place in a preheated oven on the grill at 250 degrees for about 5 minutes on each side. Serve immediately, fly with hot sauce.
