Required products :
1/2 medium pineapple
1 sour apple
1 teaspoon water
1 banana
1 tablespoon lemon juice
20 - 30 grams of walnuts
Method of preparation :
Peel and clean the pineapple, apple and banana. Cut them into pieces. Put the fruit in a blender, pour the water with lemon juice and beat everything until a homogeneous drink.
Distribute it in suitable cups and serve with crushed walnuts.
