Necessary products for the dough:

200 grams of flour

2 eggs

1/4 tsp Sol

1 tsp dry yeast

150 ml of warm water

2 tablespoons olive oil

For the stuffing:

300 grams of mushrooms

300 grams of high-fat sour cream

5 tablespoons hard grated yellow cheese

ground black pepper and salt - to taste

frying oil

Method of preparation:

Wash the mushrooms with water and dry with a paper towel. Cut several of them with the same size into slices (they will be used for decoration), and cut the rest into small pieces. Melt the butter in a pan, add the mushrooms and stew them. Add salt and leave to cool. Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper and, stirring constantly, add a teaspoon of cream. Pour 4 spoons of grated yellow cheese into the resulting mixture, and leave the last one to sprinkle.

Sift the flour for the dough, gather it in a pile and make a hole in the middle. Pour water and olive oil into the hole, add the yeast and knead until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and leave for 1-1.5 hours. Then roll it out (2 loaves with a diameter of 25 cm), place in a pan or baking dish, spread the mushroom filling on it and top with a mixture of egg and cream. Garnish the pizza with the remaining pieces of mushrooms and sprinkle with yellow cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes at 220 degrees. You can serve the pizza in the form in which you baked.
