How To Cook Pizza With Pesto From Broccoli, Cheddar And Vegetables - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of corn flour
  • 6 grams of salt
  • 3 grams of sugar
  • 5 grams of dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 220 milliliters of warm water

 

for the stuffing

 

  • 300 grams of broccoli
  • 1/3 tea cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 100 grams of canned corn
  • 50 grams of cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 50 grams of chopped olives
  • 100 grams of sausage of your choice, finely chopped
  • 30 grams of shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • salt and garlic powder to taste
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 150 grams of grated cheddar

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl sift the flour, add salt, sugar, yeast. Mix olive oil with water, stir and pour over the dry ingredients. Prepare a dough from which you roll out a loaf and spread it with tomato puree. Put the cooked broccoli in a blender, pour lemon juice, add salt, pepper and olive oil.

Beat until smooth and cool. Sprinkle the pizza with corn, add finely chopped garlic, tomatoes, sausages, cheese and cheddar. Mix the yogurt with the mayonnaise, garlic powder and salt. Stir and cool.

Garnish the marshmallows with the broccoli pesto, sprinkle with the olives and preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cover the pan with a sheet of parchment, move the marshmallows and bake for 30 minutes. When ready, cool the pizza and garnish with milk sauce. Cut and serve.
