Required products :
250 grams of flour
140 milliliters of water
10 milliliters of olive oil
1 tablespoon of sugar
11 grams of dry yeast
salt to taste a
little tomato paste
For the stuffing:
200 grams of dried tomatoes
100 grams of cheese
100 grams of ham
spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Heat the water and pour in the sugar and dry yeast, olive oil and a pinch of salt. Then gradually add the flour, kneading the dough.
Let it "rest" for a few hours. Then roll out and place on a sheet of parchment. Coat the base with the fat from the dried tomatoes, add a little tomato puree and distribute the products for the filling, which you have previously cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with aromatic spices and bake the pizza for 10 minutes in a preheated oven.
