Necessary products:

 

  • 650 grams of flour
  • 5 grams of dry yeast
  • 10 grams of sugar
  • 15 grams of salt
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 250 milliliters of warm water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar

 

for the stuffing

 

  • 4 eggs
  • 20 grams of butter
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 150 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 100 grams of finely chopped ham
  • lubricating oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Sift the flour together with the yeast into a bowl and add the sugar and salt. Add olive oil and vinegar to the water, stir and pour over the dry ingredients. Combine the products and make a dough. Divide it into parts and roll out rectangles of equal size.

Melt the butter in a pan, beat the eggs and stir. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cool and spread the filling on the cut dough pieces.

Add yellow cheese and ham, fold the edges and wrap like pockets. Arrange in a tray covered with a sheet of parchment. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes. Grease with oil, arrange on a plate and serve.
