How To Cook Polenta With Cherry Tomatoes, Yellow Cheese And Goat Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons fresh cow's milk
  • 3 teaspoons corn flour (fine)
  • 1/2 cup hard yellow cheese (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon soft goat cheese
  • 400 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 4 feathers green onions
  • 3 tablespoons butter and olive oil
  • salt, pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Arrange the cherry tomatoes in a greased pan, season with pepper, salt and bake for 50 minutes in the oven until they begin to darken and wrinkle.

Mix 1.5 teaspoons of water with the milk and place the bowl on the hob. Once the liquid boils, add the cornflour, pouring it in a thin stream. Boil until ready.

Then add the butter and cheese, stir.

Finely chop the green onion feathers and pour them into the porridge together with the already roasted cherry tomatoes and the shredded or grated goat cheese.

Transfer the dish to a pan, flatten the surface and let the polenta cool, then cut into square pieces and you can serve.
