Learn how to cook "Pomegranate salad with cucumbers and parsley". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
- 2 1/2 teaspoons pomegranate seeds
- 1 1/3 teaspoons cucumber, peeled from the seeds and cut into small cubes
- 1-2 jalapeno peppers, cleaned of seeds and finely chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/3 tea cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 lime, freshly squeezed
Method of preparation :
- In a medium bowl, mix the pomegranate seeds, cucumber, jalapeno pepper, parsley and onion. Stir.
- Sprinkle with freshly squeezed lime juice and stir again.
- Pour into bowls and serve.
