Required products :

500 grams of lean pork
400 grams of fresh cabbage
100 grams of yellow plums
100 grams of onion
75 grams of yellow cheese
150 grams of bread
1 egg
oil
spices: salt, parsley, coriander, cumin, a mixture of different types of ground pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the pork into cubes with a side of about 2 centimeters, onion - finely and fry them until golden in a small amount of hot oil.

 

Chop the cabbage thinly.
