Required products :

600 grams of pork fillet or your choice

1 kg of tomatoes

350 grams of canned corn

3 cloves garlic

150 grams of yellow cheese

frying oil

1 teaspoon sugar

left

pepper

basil

marjoram

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the meat into 1 cm thick pieces and pound them. Grease each of them with oil, sprinkle with pepper, basil, marjoram, chopped garlic, but do not salt. Refrigerate for an hour. Then fry the fillet in hot oil until it forms a yellow crust.

 

Cut the tomatoes into large pieces and pour them into the oil in which you fried the meat, add the corn and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. Add a teaspoon of sugar, pepper, salt, stir and add the fried meat. Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and place the dish in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees (or until ready).
