How To Cook Pork Liver With Spinach - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of pork liver
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon oil
1 bunch spinach (can frozen)
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 liter water
1 tablespoon sour cream
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation :
Dissolve the soda in 1 liter of water and put the liver in it for 30 - 60 minutes.


Heat 1 tablespoon oil together with 1 tablespoon butter in a pan and add finely chopped garlic.


Wash the liver, cut it into pieces about 1 cm thick and fry in the aromatic fat for 2-3 minutes on each side.


Cut the onion into semicircles, add it to the liver and simmer over low heat until soft. Season with salt and pepper, use other spices if desired.


Pour the soy sauce, add the cream, stir, close the container with a lid and let everything simmer until the liver is ready.


Meanwhile, melt the remaining oil in another bowl, put the chopped spinach, add salt (you can also add pepper) and stew.
Then distribute the resulting green sauce in a plate, and on it the finished liver.
