How To Cook Pork Roll With Carrots, Spinach And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Pork roll with carrots, spinach and cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 kg whole piece of boneless pork
  • 350 grams of carrots
  • 1 pepper (sweet)
  • 1 spinach link
  • 150 grams of cheese
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • spices

Method of preparation :

Wash the meat and spread it on the kitchen counter. With a sharp knife, make incisions in the middle of the pork in the direction of the fibers, not cutting to the bottom (there should be about 1-1.5 cm layer of meat left). Dissolve like a book and cut in half the right part across the fibers, again not cutting to the bottom (to leave a centimeter). Dissolve this part as a book, then do the same with the left half of the pork piece.

Peel the carrots and pour them into boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes. Then transfer to a colander and rinse with cold water.

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into long strips.

Wash and chop the spinach, rub the meat with salt, pepper and crushed garlic cloves.

Spread the carrots, pepper strips, cheese and spinach on the pork and roll it up, tie it with string and grease it with oil.

Bake it in the oven for about an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees.

When the finished dish has cooled, remove the thread and cut.

Enjoy your meal!
