Required products :

500 grams of potatoes

200 grams of cheese

1.5 teaspoons flour

2 eggs (one for spreading)

100 grams of butter

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes without adding salt and mash them. Mash the cheese with a fork as well. Mix them with the flour, add one egg, pepper and spices. Taste and if necessary, then add salt, because the cheese is usually salty. Finally, add the butter and mix thoroughly.
