Required products :
1 kg of mashed potatoes
200 milliliters of milk
200 milliliters of liquid cream
5 eggs
3 tablespoons flour
oil
salt, ground black pepper and other spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Beat the eggs and milk, dissolve the flour in cream. Combine the two mixtures and add to the mashed potatoes. Add salt to taste, add other spices if you prefer. Mix everything thoroughly and pour into a pan whose bottom you have greased with oil.
Bake the dish in a preheated oven until ready.
