Required products :
1 kg of potatoes
2 onions
700 grams of minced meat mixture
3 tomatoes
200 grams of yellow cheese
500 grams of mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel the potatoes and cut them into circles, the tomatoes too, and the onions into semicircles. Add salt to the mayonnaise, add black pepper and stir.
Mix the potatoes with the mayonnaise and onion, pour them into a suitable baking dish. Next is a layer of minced meat, spread with a little mayonnaise, cover it with tomato rings and spread with mayonnaise again.
Place the dish in a preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes, and 10 minutes before removing, sprinkle the casserole with grated cheese.
