Peel onions and potatoes, cut the potatoes into circles and the onions into semicircles. Fry them in oil, no crust should form and the potatoes should retain their shape.
Transfer the vegetables to a pan with a sheet of parchment and sprinkle with the grated yellow cheese.
Make four indentations on the surface in which to tap one egg.
Pour the cream over everything and season.
Place the dish in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the eggs are ready.
