Necessary products :

  • 8 potatoes  
  • 3 onions
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 milliliters of milk
  • salt and green spices

 

Preparation :

Peel and boil the potatoes, then cut them into large pieces.

Cut the onion heads into semicircles, peeling them first, of course. Mix with the potatoes.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and then pour the milk over them. Stir, add salt, and melted butter.

Grease a suitable form and distribute the potatoes with onions. Drizzle with the milk sauce and place it in a preheated oven. Let the casserole cook until golden.

Serve sprinkled with chopped fresh or dried green spices of your choice.
