Learn how to cook "Potato croquettes with melted cheese and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Necessary products:
700 g of potatoes
2 eggs + 2 yolks
300 g of melted cheese
2 tsp grated yellow cheese
1 tsp breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons wheat flour
500 ml oil
nutmeg

Method of preparation:
Boil the potatoes and mash them while they are still hot. Add to them two egg yolks, nutmeg, grated cheese, flour, salt and stir. Form small balls. Make a small indentation in each of them, in which you put a piece of melted cheese and then close. Roll the croquettes first in the beaten eggs, then in the breadcrumbs and fry in the hot oil until a crispy crust forms.
