Delicious potato meatballs with rice and fragrant garlic with a crispy golden crust.

Required products :

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 150 grams of rice
  • parsley to taste
  • garlic to taste
  • salt to taste
  • rolling flour
  • frying oil

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes until ready, without peeling them. When cool, peel and mash.

Boil the rice until ready, cool.

Finely chop the parsley, mash the garlic.

Mix the potatoes, rice, add garlic and parsley, salt to taste and from the resulting "minced meat" form meatballs with wet hands. Roll them in flour and fry in hot oil.
