How To Cook Potato Pie In A Pan Stuffed With Chicken And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Potato pie on a pan stuffed with chicken and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 5-7 boiled whole and unpeeled potatoes
  • 4-5 tablespoons flour
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 boiled chicken legs
  • 100-150 grams of yellow cheese

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes and grate them finely. Add spices, flour, eggs and make dough. It will be sticky, so it is best to knead it with a spoon.

Cut the yellow cheese into tiles and cut the chicken into pieces.

Divide the potato dough into two parts and cover the bottom of a hot pan with a little fat with one. Wet a spoon with water and level the marsh with it.

Arrange the chicken and yellow cheese evenly on it.

Cover with the remaining amount of dough.

Flatten again with a wet spoon and bake on medium heat for about 7-8 minutes on each side.

To turn the finished pie, use a large plate greased with oil.

Yellow crust and delightful aroma - this is at first glance. Then you will enjoy the taste of tender potatoes and lots of meat, and the melting yellow cheese only complements the otherwise perfect dish.

Have a good time!
