Required products :

7 medium potatoes
300 sausage or other meat product of your choice
250 grams of yellow cheese
3 eggs
100 milliliters of milk
2 onions
2 tomatoes
1 sweet pepper
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin circles and pour into a greased pan. Season with salt and ground black pepper and bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.

Cut the vegetables, sausages, beat the eggs with the milk and add salt and ground black pepper to taste.

When you take the potatoes out of the oven, spread the chopped onions on their surface, arrange the pieces of tomato and pepper, put the sausages. Pour over the milk-egg mixture and place back in the oven. Let the pizza bake for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes to bake and form a golden coating.
