About the base:

6 large potatoes

2 eggs

2 - 3 tablespoons flour

3 tablespoons sour cream or natural yogurt

For the stuffing:

300 grams of minced chicken

2 tablespoons chopped onion (or leek)

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

1 clove garlic

2 tablespoons water

cheese

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes, peel them and mash. Add eggs, flour, cream and season to taste. Scoop with a spoon from the resulting dough and spread in a hot pan. Bake "pancakes" on both sides.

Another option is to grate the potatoes raw and add the remaining products.

Add onion, parsley, chopped or grated garlic, water and spices to the minced chicken. Mix well.

Put the stuffing on the potato base, flatten and form rolls. Arrange in a pan greased with oil. Spread cream on their surface and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover the form with foil and place the dish in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Then remove the foil, increase the temperature to 200 and bake the rolls for another 10-15 minutes.
