Learn how to cook "Potato salad with chicken, cheese and mushrooms". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
200 grams of marinated mushrooms
2 medium onions
2 boiled unpeeled potatoes
1 carrot
200 grams of boiled chicken or heart
200 grams of yellow cheese
250 grams of sauce of equal amounts of mayonnaise and sour cream
2 tablespoons oil
Preparation :
Cut the onion into small pieces and fry it in hot oil until transparent, then leave to cool.
Cut the mushrooms into tiles, the heart into straws or the meat into strips, grate the carrots with a coarse grater.
Mix the cream and mayonnaise. Put a mushroom layer on the bottom of the salad bowl or other suitable dish, follow the fried onions and "draw a grid" with the sauce. It's time for the potatoes, which you pre-peel and grate coarsely, again strokes the sauce.
Continue the arrangement with the grated carrot, sauce, chicken or heart and spread the sauce on top and sides of the salad. Finish with a layer of grated yellow cheese and refrigerate for 3 hours.
