Boil the potatoes, peel them and cut into thin long strips, pour them into a suitable container. Add the marinated mushrooms and thinly sliced onions. Finally, add the diced pickles. Mix all products and season with vegetable oil or olive oil. You may not use salt, as both mushrooms and cucumbers are salty.
Sprinkle the salad with chopped fresh parsley (or green onions) and serve.
