How To Cook Potatoes Heated In A Sauce Of Milk, Cheese And Dill - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 potatoes
  • connection dill
  • 100 grams of mozzarella
  • 60 grams of cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 200 milliliters of fresh milk
  • a pinch of nutmeg
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 180 degrees to preheat while you prepare the products.

Peel the potatoes into thin circles.

Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, add the flour and mix thoroughly. Then gradually pour in the milk and stir until you get a thick sauce.

When you remove it from the heat, add the grated cheese and chopped dill.

Season the sauce with salt, nutmeg and pepper.

Grease a pan with butter, arrange a layer of potatoes in it, spread the sauce on it, potatoes again and cover them with the rest of the milk mixture.

Sprinkle with cheese or yellow cheese of your choice and bake in a hot oven for about half an hour.
