Necessary products

For the dough:

100 g butter

1 tsp flour

1 tsp water

4 eggs

pinch of salt

For the filling:

200 g butter

100 g condensed milk

Method of preparation:

Add salt to the water, add the butter, bring to the boil, add the flour and immediately turn off the heat. Quickly knead the dough to peel off the walls of the dish. Add the eggs one by one to the dough, beating with a mixer after each. Using two spoons, form balls and arrange them in a greased or lined with baking paper pan. Leave more space between them, because they increase their volume 2-3 times. Put them in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 15-20 minutes until a yellowish tinge forms.

Allow the profiteroles to cool, during which time make the filling. To do this, beat the butter until white, gradually add the condensed milk without stopping to beat. You should get an airy homogeneous cream. Use a syringe and fill the cakes with the filling, put them in the fridge.
