Thaw the puff pastry, boil the buckwheat in salted water.
Cut the pork into large pieces and bake them in a dry pan.
Fry the sliced mushrooms and onions until golden in oil, and at the end of their preparation add the sour cream and season to taste.
Roll out the puff pastry, shape it into a rectangle, which you place on a sheet of parchment. Make two vertical cuts, put the cooked buckwheat in the middle of the dough and the meat with the sauce on it.
Close the filling with the dough, forming a boat. Put it in a pan, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for about half an hour at an oven temperature of 200 degrees.
Tip: place a small bowl of water on the bottom of the oven, and you can also spray the dough with water.
The boats are crispy with a juicy filling. Enjoy them while they are hot.
