Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of puff pastry
  • half a bunch of chopped basil
  • 5-6 finely chopped tomatoes
  • 150 grams of grated mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • a bunch of fresh parsley
  • salt, lemon juice to taste

 

Method of preparation:

 

Spread the dough and cut into round shapes. Put the tomatoes, basil and mozzarella in a bowl. Stir and distribute in the middle of each form. Fold in half and seal the edges.

Arrange the patties on a pan greased with olive oil or cover the dish with a sheet of parchment. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake until golden.

Before that, put parsley in a blender, pour olive oil and beat until smooth. Season with salt and lemon juice, stir and serve the finished patties, garnished with the resulting pesto.
