In a pan, heat the fat and fry the onion, finely chopped peppers, mushrooms and garlic. Add the black, red pepper, thyme and soy sauce. Stir, when ready, remove and cool the mixture. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Thaw the dough and divide it into two pieces, cut lengthwise. Roll them into rectangular shapes and cut the ends with a knife so that they are aligned. Distribute the filling from one end of the crust and wrap with the other.
Seal the rolls with a fork, spread with beaten egg and bake until golden. When ready, wrap with a damp cloth and serve warm.
