Required products :
250-300 grams of puff pastry
70-80 grams of bacon (smoked breast)
100 grams of hard yellow cheese
15-20 feathers green onions
1 egg
Method of preparation :
Cut the bacon into strips and bake in a hot pan until crispy. Then break.
Finely chop the green onions and the yellow cheese into large pieces.
Roll out the dough, the thickness of the layer should be about 3-4 millimeters. Spread the filling products that you prepared earlier evenly on its surface.
Roll up a tight roll, "close" the ends and cut into pieces about 2.5-3 inches thick.
Arrange them in a tray, the bottom of which you have covered with parchment, and spread the dough with the beaten egg.
Bake the loaves in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes.
