Required product and:

1 kg of pumpkin
200 grams of breadcrumbs
100 grams of parmesan
1 egg
salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Cut the pumpkin into pieces, peel and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Then grind to a puree or just mash with a fork. Drain the excess liquid and add the egg, salt to taste, half the breadcrumbs and parmesan to the puree.
If you have stale bread, you can use it instead of breadcrumbs, but first grind it into crumbs.


Mix all products to obtain a homogeneous dough.


From it form bites in the form of balls and roll them in the remaining amount of breadcrumbs.
Arrange them in a pan whose bottom you have covered with parchment and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.


Serve the bites warm, you can supplement with your favorite sauce.
