Required products :

1 kg of pumpkin (peeled and cleaned of seeds)
1/2 teaspoon buckwheat flour
2 tablespoons coconut shavings
15-20 dates
3 tablespoons cocoa
1-2 tablespoons honey
pinch of salt

Method of preparation :

Cut the pumpkin into cubes, which you stew or steam until soft (about 15-20 minutes). Transfer to a blender bowl, add the dates (pitted) and grind the fruit until smooth.
Mix buckwheat flour with cocoa in a bowl and add a pinch of salt. Then add the fruit puree, coconut shavings, honey and mix everything thoroughly.

Cover the bottom of the pan with parchment and spread the dough. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

When the dessert has cooled, cut into pieces and you can sprinkle with coconut shavings, cocoa or pour honey.
