How To Cook Pumpkin Casserole With Eggs And Cottage Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of peeled pumpkin
  • 400 grams of cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 9 tablespoons cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1.5 tablespoons semolina
  • vanilla
  • butter


Method of preparation :

Bake the pumpkin for half an hour (until soft), let it cool and puree it. Then add one of the eggs, semolina, three tablespoons of sugar and vanilla. Mix the products.

The curd combine the other eggs, the remaining sugar, pour the flour and mix until smooth. Leave for 10 minutes.

Grease the dish in which you will bake the dish with butter. Spread half of the curd, cover with half of the pumpkin combination and repeat the layers.

Place the pan in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. When the dessert is ready, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and enjoy.
