Cut the peeled pumpkin and carrots into small pieces, which you stew in a saucepan with 1 tablespoon of melted butter in it (for ten minutes on medium heat).
Also cut the bacon into pieces and fry it in the remaining oil (for 6-7 minutes on medium heat). Then add the coarsely chopped walnuts and leave the mixture on the stove for the next 4 minutes.
Pour one liter of hot water into the pot with the vegetables and wait for the soup to boil. Then puree it with a blender.
Add the cream, salt, pepper and heat the dish.
Remove from the heat, add the bacon and walnuts, stir and distribute the soup in bowls.
