Peel all the vegetables. Remove the inside of the pumpkin with the fibers and seeds, then cut 1/4 of it into small cubes and the rest into large ones.
Cut onions, garlic and carrots into large pieces.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the vegetables over high heat. Then pour the broth, add salt and cook for 20-25 minutes.
Cut the bacon at random, fry it in a dry pan (in its own fat), season to taste.
Peel an apple (1 large or 2 small), remove the core with the seeds, and cut the rest into cubes, which you spray with lemon juice so that they do not darken.
Pour the pumpkin and apples into the fat released during the frying of the bacon. Stew them until ready, and at the end of the process pour the pumpkin seeds (they will turn red in about a minute).
When the vegetables are ready, remove the pan from the heat and puree with a blender. Season and pour the liquid cream, stir.
Distribute the cream soup in suitable plates / bowls, add pieces of bacon, apples and pumpkin in each portion. Put a spoonful of sour cream and serve.
