Required products :
1 teaspoon roasted pumpkin puree
1.5 teaspoons fresh cow's milk (you can also use almond)
2 bananas
1 teaspoon ice
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1/4 teaspoon oatmeal
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
honey if desired and to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel a banana, grate it and put it in a blender. Add the mashed roasted pumpkin, ice cubes, flax seeds and oatmeal. Pour the milk and add the spices.
Beat everything until you get a homogeneous mixture, which you distribute in suitable cups and serve immediately.
