Necessary products:

 

for the dough

 

  • 250 grams of flour
  • 125 grams of cold butter
  • 75 milliliters of cold water
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • pinch of salt

 

for the filling

 

  • 2 boiled and sliced ​​potatoes
  • 1 boiled carrot, cut into circles
  • 500 grams of Brussels sprouts
  • 200 grams of diced bacon
  • 120 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • olive oil

 

for topping

 

  • 3 eggs
  • 200 milliliters of cream, liquid without sugar
  • 120 milliliters of fresh milk
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation:

 

First mix the flour, parsley and butter and stir until a crumbly mixture is obtained. Carefully pour the water, add salt and make a dough. Cool it for an hour. Pour fat into a saucepan and fry the potatoes, carrots, Brussels sprouts, bacon and stir. Stew for 15 minutes and cool. Divide the dough into two parts and spread the first on a pie tin.

 

Press the edges so that they stick to the dish. Spread the filling, beat the eggs with the cream, milk and pour the mixture.

 

Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and with a curly knife cut equal lengths and widths of dough strips. Arrange them on a pie so that a braid is obtained.
