Required products :
200 grams of flour
50 grams of oatmeal
50 grams of butter
150 grams of cottage cheese
30 milliliters of milk
1 teaspoon of salt
1.5 tablespoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
50 grams of yellow cheese
1 teaspoon of flax seeds
1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
Method of preparation :
Sift the flour, add the baking powder, salt, sugar and oatmeal. Stir.
Then put the chopped butter in the dry mixture and grind by hand until fine crumbs.
Pour the milk into the curd, stir and then add to the pasta crumbs. In this combination, pour the flax seeds and finely grated cheese.
Knead the dough, roll it out to a layer thickness of about 1.5 centimeters. Cut into triangles (maybe circles), arrange in a tray covered with parchment. Coat the surface with fresh milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake the snacks until golden at 180 degrees (about 15-20 minutes).
