How To Cook Quick Sandwiches With Yellow Cheese And Tomato Pate With Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

1 tablespoon (topped) Dijon mustard seeds

70 grams of tomato puree

100 grams of butter

1/2 black bread

4 cloves garlic

50 grams of yellow cheese

 

 

Method of preparation :

Cut slices of bread slices using a cup or other suitable dish.

 

Grate the yellow cheese and sprinkle a little of it on each circle of bread.

 

Bake briefly to melt the cheese. Allow to cool.

Meanwhile, mix the softened butter with the mustard, tomato paste and crushed garlic. Stir until smooth.

 

Using a pastry syringe, spread the pate around the cheese, forming petals, for example.
