Learn how to cook "Radish salad with garlic, parsley and porridge". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
500 grams of radish
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon ground hot red pepper
1 teaspoon vinegar
salt to taste
parsley to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the radishes, cut them into thin semicircles and place in a suitable bowl. Add salt and stir. Leave for 10-15 minutes so that they can release the juice, then drain it.
Add the chopped parsley and crushed garlic cloves to the radishes and start making the stuffing.
Heat the oil in a suitable pan and pour the hot red pepper in it. Stir and turn off the stove. Be careful not to burn the pepper. Drizzle the vegetables with the stuffing, add vinegar and more salt if necessary. Sprinkle with ground black pepper if desired and stir.
The salad is ready. Leave it to stand for a while (preferably in the fridge) to absorb the flavors and aromas, then serve.
If you prefer, add dill.
