Required products :

  • 500 milliliters of whole milk
  • 600 milliliters of heavy cream
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 110 grams of powdered sugar
  • 125 grams of frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons rose water
  • 200 grams of piss
  • 140 grams of peeled pistachios

for serving:

  • pomegranate seeds
  • raspberries
  • pishmanie
  • pistachios
  • Turkish delight with rose scent

Method of preparation:

Heat 1 and 1/2 cups of fresh milk together with the condensed cream in a saucepan over medium heat.

Beat the yolks and sugar in a large heat-resistant bowl until thick and pale. As soon as the milk starts to boil, pour the egg mixture, stirring constantly. Transfer the mixture to a clean saucepan and put on low heat, stirring constantly for 10 minutes or until the mixture thickens slightly. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover with foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Beat according to the manufacturer's instructions (about 30 minutes). Add the pistachios and pistachios for three minutes before stopping the machine.

Pour the ice cream mixture into 6 ice cream molds and freeze. Serve on a plate, garnish with, raspberries, pomegranate seeds, Turkish delight and pistachios.
