Required products :
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 2-3 teaspoons of water
Method of preparation :
- Heat the water in a small saucepan until boiling.
- Add the almonds and make sure the water covers them completely.
- Boil the nuts for 1 minute, transfer them to a colander and cool under cold running water.
- Drain the water, peel the skins and spread the almonds on kitchen paper until completely dry.
- Transfer the blanched and peeled almonds to a food processor or blender and grind them to the desired consistency of the flour.
- Store almond flour in an airtight container.
Note!
Grind the almonds several times, stirring the flour between them, otherwise a finer texture will remain at the bottom .
