Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Season with salt and pepper, heat oil and saute for 10-12 minutes. Add walnuts and parmesan.
Put parsley, oregano, lemon juice in a blender and pour olive oil. Beat the mixture until smooth and cool. When the spaghetti is ready, garnish with the pesto and serve.
