Required products :

  • 1 cup of rice, water and milk
  • 200 grams of prunes
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 10 grams of butter
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 500 grams of apples
  • 1/2 tea cup confectionery whipping cream (35% fat)
  • pinch of salt


Method of preparation :

Mix the water and milk in a saucepan, put it on the stove to boil the liquid. Then pour the washed rice into it and cook it until ready.

Add the butter, half the white sugar, the packet of vanilla and a pinch of salt. Stir and leave on the hob until these ingredients melt and combine with the rest.

Grease the bottom of the detachable form with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Cut the apples into pieces, rinse the prunes and cut into strips.

Arrange the products in layers in the bowl, sprinkling each with sugar.

Bake the dish in the oven for 30-40 minutes.

Whip the cream and decorate the casserole with it.
